Event Description

What do you want to do or achieve in 2022? The best way to decide is to take some time to take stock. This life coaching session is about deciding what you want out of life, whatever stage you are in, whatever age you are; then planning of how to get there.

The first session (April 2nd) will encourage you to consider what really ignites your interest and makes you happy; what you want to have / be / or do in life, and how this aligns with your values.

The second session (April 9th) will consider what you want to do next, identify what might be holding you back, explore the mental effects of goal setting and how it works to enable you to work on what can be our best years yet.

This coaching session will be participative with opportunities to work through exercises and engage in discussion with others to identify your purpose and passion. To get the most out of this workshop, we encourage you to turn on cameras and unmute your device.

Each session is standalone however there are benefits to attending both sessions.

Upon booking this session, please download this workbook. You can either print it off to work on with a pen and paper to work on, or have available on another screen to refer to during the session.

  • Duration: 1 hr x 2
  • Online Zoom event: Join from your computer, phone or tablet (no replay available)
  • Please download the PDF workbook found in the event description prior to the workshop
