Event Description

Join us for Discovering Dishes, a culinary journey with Rest Less Events. This new food and drink series features chefs from diverse backgrounds sharing personal stories about the importance of food in their lives, culture, and history. Experience a unique blend of history, heritage, and delicious dishes with every event.

Indian food is unique, flavorful and delicious but often there are misconceptions about Indian food which actually makes it reluctant for a lot of people to try this cuisine.
On this tour, Komal is coming up with a special fusion of two cuisines for all those who love Mexican and Indian. We are going to make a new version of Quesadilla, the vegetarian Parantha Quesadilla from scratch at home!

To prepare this delicious version of Quesadilla, here are the ingredients required:
1. Wheat flour
2. All purpose flour/refined flour/maida/plain flour
3. Salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder, garam masala
4. Oil and Butter
5. Boiled potatoes
6. Green chillies
7. Corn Kennels
8. Chopped onion
9. Chopped Ginger
10. Grated Cheese

Join Komal as she introduces you all to the best fusion food ever.

  • Duration: 60 mins
