Event Description

A special talk to mark William Shakespeare's 460th birthday. While many of us are familiar with Shakespeare's timeless plays and poetry, we probably know much less about the man himself. This talk is about the life of England's most celebrated writer - with a difference. It will be based around the locations in Warwickshire and London that were associated with Shakespeare and can still be seen today. By exploring homes, theatres and much more we will discover just where it is possible for us to walk in Shakespeare's footsteps all these years later.

  • Duration: 60 mins
  • Online Zoom event: Join from your computer, phone or tablet (a recording will be available)
