9th May (rescheduled from April)

Join me to learn how to make this simple and satisfying wholesome dish.

What we’ll make:

● A bit about the history of the dish. The history of how roti came to Guyana, the traditional ways and methods of making it and adaptations you can use if you don’t have the traditional equipment.

● You’ll be learning my mums traditional recipe.

● I’ll also be sharing why I love this dish so much and letting you in on some food stories from my childhood that are linked to this dish.
