When we talk about India, one of the things which India is really famous for is its flavorful and diverse food. Often we have misconceptions about Indian cooking and food like it is really time consuming and difficult, requires a lot of different ingredients, can't be done on your own or that it is very hot.
On this tour, your host will be changing a lot of perceptions about Indian cooking, India in general and you will be learning how to cook real authentic Indian food from your own home as you follow along step by step together.
Indian street snacks are also very famous and hence in this tour, we will prepare "SAMOSA" together. A samosa is a South Asian fried or baked pastry with a savory filling like spiced potatoes, onions, peas, chicken and other meats, or lentils. It may take different forms, including triangular, cone, or half-moon shapes, depending on the region.
