Our class is designed to cater to all fitness levels, welcoming beginners and experienced dancers alike. Through a series of approximately 7 short routines, you'll explore a fusion of African diaspora movements, ranging from traditional to contemporary dance styles. And to keep things fresh and exciting, we'll introduce new routines regularly to add variety to your workout routine.

In our Afrofusion Dance Fitness Class, we celebrate the freedom of individual expression within a supportive community setting. We encourage your creative spirit to shine and embrace your unique style. Kenzi, our expert instructor, will guide you through the class, reminding you that movements can be adapted and explored to suit your body and personal movement preferences.
