Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our on-demand content service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use our service.

1. Service Description

Our on-demand content service allows you to purchase access to a series or collection of pre-recorded events for a one-off payment. You will have access to the content for one month from the date of purchase. The content may include videos, audio recordings, written materials, or any other content that we make available to you through the service.

2. Payment

To purchase access to our on-demand content, you will need to make a one-off payment through our payment gateway (Stripe). Once we receive your payment, we will provide you with access to the content. We reserve the right to change the price of our on-demand content at any time without notice.

3. Access

We will provide you with access to the content for one month from the date of purchase. During this period, you will be able to view, download, or print the supplementary handouts for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your access to the content with others or use the content for any commercial purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the on-demand content, including any copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the on-demand content at any time and for any reason, without notice. If we terminate your access, you will not be entitled to any refund of the payment you made.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the on-demand content or its availability. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the on-demand content or its use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for access to the on-demand content.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the on-demand content after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the on-demand content and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that the following rights apply to digital content supplied to consumers for a price:

●           digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality;

●           if your digital content is faulty, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement;

●           if the fault cannot be fixed, or if it has not been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some or all your money back; and

●           if you can show the fault has damaged your device and we haven’t used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.

 

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that the following rights apply to services supplied to consumers for a price:

●           you can ask us to repeat or fix a service if it’s not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or get some money back if we can’t fix it;

●           if you haven’t agreed a price beforehand, what you’re asked to pay must be reasonable; and

●           if you haven’t agreed a time beforehand, it must be carried out within a reasonable time.
