Event Description
There is a myriad of information in a birth chart, so where should we start? Let us begin with brief descriptions of the planets and their astrological signs. How could we then proceed? The Sun and the Moon are crucial. What do the horoscope placements of the Sun (energy) and Moon (emotional needs) tell us? This subject will be discussed and then illustrated by looking at the Sun-Moon blend of several well-known people, including a few whose precise birth data is unproven, such as Cleopatra, Francis of Assisi, Dracula, Leonardo da Vinci, Queen Elizabeth II, and Margaret Wise Brown.

Meet the Host, Jeanie Southwick
Jeanie Southwick, based in Vienna, Austria, has been a practising astrologer since 1983. She started learning about astrology in self-study, especially of the twentieth-century English astrologers Jeff Mayo and Margaret E. Hone; since then she has been greatly influenced by Steven Forrest, Tracy Marks, Stephen Arroyo, Liz Greene, Noel Tyl, Judy Hall and since 2003 most especially by the Munich-based German astrologer, Hermann Meyer. She has also read everything by James Braha including his Ancient Hindu Astrology for the Modern Western Astrologer.

What if I can’t make the event?
If a recording’s available for the event, you can still register for it and we will send you an email with a link to a recording shortly after it ends.
Will my camera be on and will I be visible to the other people?
Your camera and microphone does not need to be on for you to enjoy the event. The choice about whether to do this is completely yours.
How do I watch the live event?

How do I sign-up for and access the recording? (Recorded events only)
Book the event as normal (as if you are attending live). After the event ends you will automatically receive a post-event email with a link to the recording, as long as the event was recorded. You do not need to do anything else and there is no separate booking process for recordings only. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for Zoom to process recordings.
