Event Description

The Andean world was shaped by a deep spiritual connection to nature, where gods and mythological beings governed every aspect of life. From the mighty Wiracocha, creator of the universe, to the feared Ai Apaec of the Moche and the sacred Apu mountain spirits, pre-Hispanic civilizations developed rich cosmologies that influenced their rituals, architecture, and daily existence.

In this engaging webinar, we will explore the fascinating myths and deities of the Incas, Moches, Nazcas, and other ancient Andean cultures. Through archaeological evidence, sacred symbols, and oral traditions, we will uncover the divine forces that shaped the beliefs of pre-Columbian societies.

Join us to delve into the sacred world of the Andean gods and discover the myths that still echo in the landscapes of Peru.
