I will take you through the nine key behaviours I detailed in my best-selling book The Creative Nudge that will help you to embrace your creativity, together with a selection of nudges to help you embed them into your day, as well as the sociological and biological reasons why they’ve been inhibited.

Meet the Host, Mick Mahoney
Mick has enjoyed a highly successful 30+ years’ career in the Advertising and Communications Industry. In those 30 years, He has won well over 150 major industry awards from around the world. Including a Cannes Grand Prix and a New York One Show Best in Show. As well as multiple Lions, Pencils, and Arrows. He has been a Cannes Lion film judge, D&AD Black Pencil judge, and Chairman of the D&AD film jury.
He has been the Chief Creative Officer of 3 of the largest and most successful ad agencies in London. Ogilvy, Y&R and Havas. And featured on Campaign Magazine’s annual top creative director list at each of them. As a creative director he has run 7 of the UK’s top 10 most valuable brands. And a number of the world’s most valuable brands.
He has also co-written a best-selling book about Creativity. (The Creative Nudge) And last year gave the Guardian Newspaper’s Masterclass on Creativity based on the book.

What if I can’t make the event?
If a recording’s available for the event, you can still register for it and we will send you an email with a link to a recording shortly after it ends.
Will my camera be on and will I be visible to the other people?
Your camera and microphone does not need to be on for you to enjoy the event. The choice about whether to do this is completely yours.
How do I watch the live event?
Rest Less events are hosted on Zoom, a computer application that allows you to attend online events just by clicking a link. For detailed instructions, please go to our "FAQ" page, which you can find a link to in the nav bar at the top of the page.
How do I sign-up for and access the recording? (Recorded events only)
Book the event as normal (as if you are attending live). After the event ends you will automatically receive a post-event email with a link to the recording, as long as the event was recorded. You do not need to do anything else and there is no separate booking process for recordings only. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for Zoom to process recordings.
