Watched this on catch up yesterday and can’t remember if I already left a review. Covid after-effects to blame! I really enjoyed this session. Although I’m currently sleeping round the clock I usually sleep quite badly a couple of times a week. I do have a pre-bedtime routine including listening to a mindfulness meditation for sleep which is very relaxing and I am hardly ever still awake to hear the end! I had completely forgotten about Yewande’s hand massage, which is wonderful, so I’m glad I tuned in. Her demonstration was excellent. It’s so relaxing and I really can’t afford to leave it out of my bedtime routine. Thank you

Thank you for this as I have hands and some fingers which in past few months have become painful. This reminded me of my reflexology training and I am now regularly keeping them warm and giving gentle exercises daily.
