Meet the Host, Fay Victoria Durrant

Fay-Victoria brings over 20 years of experience supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing through holistic practices.

Her background includes a decade running a busy bodywork clinic at Neal’s Yard Remedies and extensive work supporting healthy ageing. She has specialised in working with people over 50, delivering functional fitness and holistic wellbeing classes in local communities, collaborating with the Falls Prevention Agency, and contributing to a groundbreaking Dementia and Exercise research project with Cambridge University.

Fay is passionate about the transformative power of holistic self-care—not just for healing, but also for preventing physical and mental health issues. She draws from her own lived experience, having used the very techniques she now shares to recover from severe burnout and an early osteopenia diagnosis.

Her approach brings together a unique blend of expertise, offering a truly integrated wellbeing package focused on healthy, active ageing and thriving through menopause and beyond.
