Event Description
We can’t believe that summer is finally here - we’re so excited about longer, sunnier days and spending time outdoors and holiday planning!
The only fly in the ointment? Those pesky midlife leaks. Yes, they’re common (1 in 3 women experience bladder symptoms related to the menopause) which is reassuring but that doesn’t do away with the lack of confidence we can feel when we’re trying to get our glam on.
But fear not – help is at hand. In this free joint Rest Less Presents and My Menopause Centre webinar we’ll be sitting down for a chat with our brilliant menopause doctor Dr Surya Gupta-Wright and Pelvic Relief founder and physio expert, Eleanor Gardner where we’ll talk about the things we can do to strengthen our pelvic floor and kiss those leaks goodbye.
