Event Description

How our skin and hair look and feel can play a large part in how good we feel about ourselves, especially during the menopause transition. But because they change as we age, how do we know if what we’re experiencing is hormone- or age-related? And really, does it matter as long as we know what to do about it?!

If you’d like to learn more about mastering your skin and hair through the menopause transition, then join us for this FREE webinar where My Menopause Centre co-founder Helen Normoyle will be in conversation with the brilliant Harley Street dermatologists Dr Mia Steyn and Dr Rishika Sinha, from the Dr Sam Bunting + Associates clinic. With their no-nonsense, science-based approach, what they don’t know about skin- and haircare at any age isn’t worth talking about!

They’ll discuss:

  • Lifestyle factors that can help and hinder getting our glow
  • The impact of the menopause transition on our skin and hair, from peri- to postmenopause
  • The most common skin and hair concerns women may experience during this stage
  • The relationship between menopause and conditions like acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation, and how they can be managed with the right skincare regime
  • The importance of sunscreen during menopause, and any additional skincare precautions women should take to protect their skin from aging and damage
  • Finding your perfect skincare routine and getting the right ingredients, at the right strength, in the right combination - morning and night
  • The procedures recommended by the experts for healthy, glowing skin and lustrous hair and how to decide if and when one might be right for you

Plus, there'll be time for YOUR questions! 🙋‍♀️

Whether you're dealing with troublesome skin conditions or simply seeking to enhance your natural radiance, this webinar is for you.
